Imagine you have a lemon. How yellow is it? How ripe? Are the dimples deep or is it more smooth? Whats the temperature? Has it been in the fridge or has it been on the counter? How round is it, is it more oval? Now imagine cutting into that lemon. What sound does the knife make when it slices through? Can you hear the juice squirt out? Can you see it? Where does it go? Can you feel it? What color is it? Now pick up one half of the sliced lemon and put it to your nose, what does it smell like? Squeeze a little into the palm of your hand and taste the juice...is your mouth watering yet?

Social Anxiety Groups

We are proud to announce the launch of our new website for support groups.

Our mission is to provide a central place for people looking for or wishing to start a social anxiety support group and to provide free hosting, websites, software and tools for those support groups.

We wish to bring together as many resources as possible for people with social anxiety who are looking for a support group or wish to start one. We will build a directory of support groups and provide free hosting, domains and software for anyone running a support group. Your domain would be in the form of http://yourgroup.socialanxietygroups.com. It will be a fully qualified domain and you will have full control over your site. There are no strings attached.

You can find a list of feature at the site.

Simply open a support ticket there and include the name of your group (one word), your email address, phone number and home address. These are needed for registration purposes. If you already own a domain and just wish to use the free hosting we can do that too.

If you have resources or information you would like to share, are looking for a group or have a group to promote please feel free to register there and create pages and use the forums. If you have a group please add it to the Group Directory so that others may find it.
